This is by far the most terrible subway location I have ever ate out of in my life. Every time I come up here it is the same 2 employees the guy and the woman. I came up here recently and they sold me rotten food with mold on it . I Asked for my money back and I told them it was totally was unacceptable that I was sold that and the woman acted like she wanted to take no responsibility for what happened And tried to speak over me when I told her about my problem she Insisted that it was not her fault and she acted as if she wanted nothing more but for me to stop talking to her and get out the restaurant. She was very dismissive and for that and I told her about herself I told her she was very rude! And she responded that “I was very f** rude” it’s only firef back with a Justified chain reaction of me Me calling her a very unflattering name which she had no problem with saying back to me. She was very nasty and impudent I came in as a customer just wanting a refund and her response could not have been any less insolent. regardless of how she felt about the situation this is your place of business! and you don’t speak to customers that way she behaved very unprofessionally and her co worker said nothing but to ask me to leave when she was the one who insulted me first! these or not teens I am taking about working here this is a grown woman who should know what courtesy is I will NEVER eat out of this location again and corporate headquarters will be called for the lack...
Read moreI went to this Subway yesterday for the Wednesday turkey special. I want to keep the business in South Holland & prefer to go to this location because it has a larger parking lot. However, the person who made my sandwich was very rude, he just slapped my sandwich together, and when I asked for a side of peppers he said no before I could even ask the question..& I never have a problem with getting a side of peppers at ANY Subway. I had to continue to ask for more condiments on top as he barely put anything on my sandwich & it seemed like he had a problem even with that. As I was finished paying & preparing to leave the store, something was said under his breath which led me to believe it was something negative. There are not many sandwich shops in south Holland & like I said I would prefer to keep the business in the community, but this experience disappoints me to the point of me now deciding to go to the Lansing location instead. Read moreDid it again!! We visited this Subway about 6 months apart. Amazingly, or more accurately, intentionally, this Subway charged us $1 more than the listed price for our sandwiches. They don’t give you a receipt unless you ask for it. Make sure you get a receipt and check it!! They are probably making a fortune stealing from their customers. I reported them to the Subway website! The owner wrote back and said to bring the receipt in and they’ll reimburse me for the money they cheated me out of!!! Are you kidding me!!
