This is a Little Caesar's, take-out only, location. If you come here with expectations that do not include all of the understandings that come with that statement? This review will not help you at all and I will not feed your entitlement.
Little Caesar's as a brand has a persistent problem with understaffing its locations. This is a brand-wide problem across the board nationally. If you are not ordering Hot and Ready + Crazy bread, you will be waiting longer than you expect. Accept this or go somewhere else. That said, wait times are routinely higher than even this expectation at this location. I would say they're about 25% higher here than normal, during peak times, so order here with an understanding of +15-20 minutes to your order time and schedule your order accordingly. Do not arrive in peak hours and expect to just walk in, grab 2 hot and readies and leave. Those days ended with COVID and the rise of Grubhub.
Staff is competent and doesn't get orders wrong generally, but they're also obviously exhausted and done dealing with collective bad responses that they cannot magically fix. At peak hours, if management gave them 1-2 fewer employees than they needed, those pies are getting out when they're getting out and no amount of swearing at the staff will change that. This can make for a tepid customer experience, but not one I blame on the staff so much as management and especially corporate.
The pizza is good, by Little Caesar's standards. It's the cheap end of pizza prices for lower caliber ingredients. You get what you pay for. Do not order custom unless you are willing to wait.
Parking Lot is atrociously small for its needs and hazardous due to traffic...
Read moreI had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant at this location. I placed an online order around 8 PM and received confirmation that it was ready. When I arrived, not only was my order not ready (over an hour later), but the lobby was full of frustrated customers who had also been waiting for hours.
The staff consisted of mostly young workers who were unorganized, lacked urgency, and showed little work ethic. They weren’t able to issue refunds, weren’t communicating clearly, and some even became rude and dismissive when customers asked for accountability. When I asked for names to file a complaint, employees refused and got defensive instead of being professional.
At one point, there were only a few pizzas in the back, and the staff claimed they weren’t for anyone, despite a lobby and drive-thru full of customers waiting. I had already paid, and providing my name multiple times turned into an unnecessary ordeal. The entire process was chaotic and unprofessional.
The only person who showed some effort was Patricia, the manager on duty. She at least attempted to explain the situation and seemed overwhelmed because she was left to handle the chaos on her own. She told me there were 164 orders in the system to complete — which is completely unacceptable for any location, especially without offering refunds or solutions.
This location desperately needs corporate intervention. There is no structure, no accountability, and no urgency. Leaving paying customers stranded for hours without food or refunds is beyond...
Read moreWorst customer service and experience ever! I called ahead of time to get an order for 10 pizzas but no one answered so I went in to order and the cashier sounded upset that I wanted such a big order and told me I should have called ahead of time. I told her I called 30 minutes ago but no one answered and she replied I've been here the whole time then I offered to show her my call history and she replied its going to be a 45 minute wait. She turned around and asked one of the employee who was supposed to get off work to stay back and finish my order. 30 minutes passed and the guy finishes with my order and rings me up but the female employee runs up and tells him that some of the pizzas he made for me are gonna be sold to other people who came after me and since she told me it was going to be a 45 minute wait I was going to have to wait 45 minutes. The ONLY reason why I didn't walk out or cuss her out was because the pizza was for my son's birthday party. Finally when my order was done and no other customers were in the store, she rings me up and tells me we can't accept any bills over $20 since all I had was a $100 bill. I looked at her in disbelief and told her that's all I had on me and I showed her my wallet and emptied my pockets. She told me she would make an exception since I ordered 10 pizzas. After I paid for the pizzas and was getting ready to walk out she had the nerves to tell me to call...
