Their intentions are not in your best interest. They were insistent on trying to keep my computer. Once that conversation was over they were insistent on upgrading it. I eventually agreed, until I didn't.
Lemme add some detail. David said 50$ to look at the rig. Okay, but if I choose to have them repair that 50$ is waived and not required. Obviously once I'm there that is a different story and the 50$ would still be required, which isn't that big of a deal. Still, 50$ is 50$. Especially when added onto 300$. Which is fair but I was clear that when I went in there that I just wanted them to look at it and that's all. So them trying to bargain was just getting shady.
Also they said it would take 9 says to fix. I said no and ill just take it and go so they said when would be okay I said noon tomorrow and they agreed. Which was just odd to think they would've made me wait 9 days has I not been resistant. An employee who is also named Adam said the wait was due to driver updates and Mike said it was because he has to get the parts. After a certain point I tell them they're contradicting each other and once called out Mike walked into the back so he could leave the conversation. Leaving me with this Adam guy telling me it is all my fault and im confused. He then followed that with one last offer to keep the PC in exchange for a small sum of money. So I paid, took my PC and left.
TLDR: scammy intentions and unprofessional at best. When I first got there an employee was actually recommending microcenter to me. Overall a weird experience that I...
Read moreI was a bit skeptical coming here but I kept getting a gut feeling to just stop by and at least ask for a quote. As soon as Ray attended me, he made me feel very comfortable and immediately started to explain the diagnosis he'll be doing on my MacBook Air. He is extremely educated on what he does, and right away I trusted to leave my laptop the same day. I was also very shocked with how quick he had given me a call to come pick it up because it was ready. It took about 2 weeks from getting a new screen delivered and also the labor that had to be done. I assumed it would be about a month since I've had previous quotes from other people and with Apple care as well! I can't forget to mention the price was also unbeatable! Ray only required a deposit due the same day and even let me choose if I wanted to pay for labor after he was finished fixing it. Well It's been about a couple of weeks now testing my laptop and I am finding absolutely no issues! It feels brand new again! :) So thank you Ray for attending me and making me feel confident in finally finding someone that is able to do a quick fix and trusting my devices with. You sir are also a great spirit! Take care and I hope to not have to...

Alright, I dont usually write super detailed reviews, but this place is the ABSOLUTE BEST COMPUTER REPAIR OUT THERE. Ray was nice, knowledgeable, and inquisitive about the problems with my computer. When we first called him he quoted us 30 for something pretty simple, after I explained the problem the price only went up a little. We did a little calling around before bringing it in and I had 2 different stores flat out say to me "I cant compete with his prices. You should absolutely go there." And just because it was affordable didnt mean he dips in quality. he, and his team even did some things that we didnt ask for but actually greatly needed. After all was done I called him (after hours he didnt have to answer but he did) because I had some other questions. he helped us over the phone and offered to come back to the store in his personal time (please dont ever expect this people. This was him being helpful, dont abuse that kindness) to help me get a part I needed at a reasonable price. (the part could have been hundreds) Absolute best service I've had in the computer...
