TLDR: This place uses straight up predatory tactics to force a sale. They force you to pay and sign for the appliance first before you have a chance to even see it. Then when you pick it up and determine it has too much damage, missing parts, or is just not what you want, they charge you a 50% restock fee to return it, EVEN IF YOU HAVENT LEFT THE STORE.
I looked all over Colorado for a specific dishwasher in stock with no luck, until I found appliance factory. I called in and they said they had one in stock with a "small blemish" on the door. I said that will likely be fine, they put a hold on it and I drove an hour to go get it.
Upon arrival, the front desk area appeared nice and had a good selection of appliances. The staff were busy on their phones and seemed annoyed that i was there. The lady at the front desk reiterated that there was a "small scratch" on the door, but did not have any pictures of this. I asked if i could see it before i paid, which she said that is not how it works and that i could get my money back if i didn't like it. I reluctantly said ok, and paid. She said to head around back to the pickup area.
The pickup area was not so friendly. I waited around in the pickup lobby for 15mins before one of the staff members decided to help. She gave me what looked like an old restaurant buzzer and told me to wait in my car. Once it went off, i went to pickup the dishwasher, except it was not the one i ordered. I didn't mind the damage (which was understated), but it clearly was not the washer i had ordered. It was white instead of stainless, and it was missing parts like the drain hose, the feet, and the toe kick. I told the warehouse guy that it wasn't mine, but he insisted it was. I even showed him pictures online of that exact model number, he just stated that it was not his problem. I asked what i can do about it, he said to contact the main office.
After about an hour of trying to get a hold of anybody other than a voice mail, I gave up and went back to the front desk where i was told if I didn't want it, i would be charged a 50% restocking fee! For moving it less than 100ft!

For cheaper the prices G.E quoted me. So Eligah I thank you and look forward to meeting you. And for helping me to help my neighbor. Because she is on a fixed income and would never be able to afford get it her stove fixed or replaced. And wouldn't be able to cook for herself. Then on top of that. He told me they would deliver, install, and take the old one. So now I can help her. So Elijah thank you for all your help and information. You have just made a new client for life. Read moreBought a washer and dryer from these people was assured that it was new when I went to pick them up at the warehouse the washer was new and had no issues the dryer looked like it had been rolled down a flight of stairs when I asked the guy there about it he said that's how they do it I wasn't too worried about the looks of the dryer so I went ahead and took it home but once I got it home and plugged it in it was incredibly loud and beating and there's no way can be used it's just too loud when I called them they said it would be no problem for me to bring it back and have it replaced but since I work during the week I had to do it on a weekend. Saturday I had an obligation at work so I had my wife called them and they specifically asked them if I could bring it in on Sunday they said that was fine well Sunday when I went to go bring it back there closed.
