Chikihanas Hibachi Food Truck — Restaurant in Thornton

I love to eat here. I rarely get to because i work 12 hour days until 930 the one night I get off early and i got there at 9:35 and he wouldn't serve me. I'll never eat here again for that very reason. I was ready to drop some money with them. I needed 4 of their expensive meals. Some advice for all your food truck operators, when you run a food truck and a loyal customer comes up 5 minutes after you close you should really serve them because you never know what kind of blessing you'll receive. Regardless you guys lost a loyal customer and believe I'll tell everyone that I've turned onto your food. I worked a hard day today and i rushed home to try and make it to you guys and all I wanted was your food, the least you could've done was serve me. Oh well. Your loss. 1, The food is overpriced and NOT cooked properly. 2, They take FOREVER to make a single plate of food. even when you call ahead of time you still wait an hour for your food.

3, Terrible service.

Like, are you guys serious? First, yall act all rude to your costumers. and then not cook the food properly.

Someone could get violently sick!! I ordered food from this place a couple days ago. both the chicken and the steak were raw. i obviously couldn’t eat the plate, so I just ended up wasting 30$. its a shame really, I really wanted to like this food truck, I had high hopes since a close friend recommended this place. what a letdown. don't come here unless you want...

Edited to add: I called ahead knowing I’d be in Denver today! The food was REALLY good. Truly. I’ll be back for sure, I just know now I better call first! Got the chiki trios, spicy noodles and two drinks. Was $62 but the quality of the food and the portion, the price seems pretty average for food for two around here, but the taste is wayyy better than the generic chain restaurants! If you want good hibachi definitely check them out
