Terrible customer service, and they give you smaller sizes than what you pay for. One time, ordered a small blizzard, and was given a mini. Just tonight, ordered 2 medium shakes, and didn't realize until I got home that they were small. Couldn't go back either, because I never received a receipt --- how convenient. I hate this location, but it's the one close to me that has orange Julius. However, an occasional treat in which I am charged more, yet receive less, is becoming frustrating. Try to avoid this location. I'll be driving further from now on. They just need to close this one. Waste of $30. They probably up charged my medium blizzard too, but since I wasn't given a receipt, I don't know. Actually, they did charge us more, I just don't know how. After placing a duplicate order for the same location in the app, the total should have been $28.70, yet I was charged $29.24. I ordered an ice cream cake for my son's birthday that happened to fall on Easter Sunday but was unable to pick it up because the location was closed. I got there and there was someone parked in the parking lot but the store was locked. I peaked inside and the lights were on, so I thought maybe someone was inside but no one came to the drive thru and no one answered when I called. (Although, 2 of the times I called it picked up for 10 seconds then disconnected, instead of going to voicemail like it did before).
