I shop mostly online. My store has limited selections for petites at the Thousand Oaks Mall. Ca. The staff is great and a shout out to Jane who went the extra mile to find a dress at another JJill store and will be mailed to me. Speaking of mail, my pet peeve about online shopping is the length of time for my order to reach me in Ca. I ordered a scarf on 9/3 and didn't receive until 9/25. Please bring back shoprunner which was so fast for online orders. You offer a 2day for an extra $8 above the 8.95 regular shipment. With higher prices on merchandise it is forcing me out of shopping with JJill. Such a shame. Been a loyal customer for...

I was at my wits end trying to find a coat. After going to umpteen dozen shops and with no luck, I wandered into J. Jill. The sales lady was amazing! She brought out a coat that was perfect! I was about to give up! So glad I wandered in 😀....
