Smart Phone Repair — Local services in Thousand Oaks

I have an iPhone that was dropped so many times I had to keep what was left of the glass together with clear packing tape. After too many drops it no longer charged which meant I couldn't retrieve my passwords, photos and other notes since the phone was not backed up to the cloud. I was out of town and tried to gave it repaired but they told me the phone was pretty much no longer able to charge and that I damaged it from dropping so many times. Today I went to Apple and they told me that they ran diagnostics and the phone was dead and could not be fixed. I ended up stopping Zack in the mall and he said he would take a look at it even though Apple already confirmed I needed a new phone. It took him less than 10 minutes to repair my phone and he's literally charging it as we speak!!! Our family has literally had multiple phones and iPads repaired with Zack and also Sam at the other mall location. They are super friendly and are always quick to repair what we need at very reasonable prices. DO NOT GO HERE. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE CHEAP AND SERVICE IS UNPROFESSIONAL. I brought in my cracked phone and the guy fixed it, but then without even dropping it a day later, i took out the case and saw it had broken again. drove 1 hour back to the booth and asked for a refund, and they refused, only saying they could fix it again.

the manager even refused, and I spent 30 minutes asking for a refund. finally the repair man supposedly gave the refund, which would've taken 7 business days to process, which was a total lie since 7 business days later I never even got my money refunded into my bank acc. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY.

Terrible experience. They first try to raise the prices on me until I have to lower them down, every time. They then "fixed" my blue screen as well as the actual screen. After a day, the blue screen explodes in the top right, Essentially making the phone unuseable. I take it back to them and they try to charge me AGAIN for LED damage. Telling me I broke it when all I did was go to sleep and wake up the next morning...Terrible services and BIG scam artists.
