Service was terrible, no one at the register to take our order for a while then all the employees except for one basically looked and acted like they didn't want to be there. Once our food was done we asked the cook for napkins and he told me I need to go back to the register, so I did waited behind two people to order once he took care of them and it was my turn he turned away and started wiping off trays completely ignoring me. After a minute I called back to him excuse me trying to get his attention still being ignored the cook came all the way over hearing me to hand me some napkins. Why a 5 star review? Everyone expects to get decent service. Everyone expects decent food Everyone expects to have a "good" experience. But every time I come here I have an EXCEPTIONAL experience! The food is ALWAYS fresh. The place is ALWAYS CLEAN! There staff is always SUPER friendly and helpful! Bryan was friendly at the register. Marcial cooked our plate to perfection. And Antonio was fabulous! I'm vegetarian, but my daughter is not. They kindly and happily cooked the meat separately. Antonio smiled the whole time and went out of his way to be extra awesome!
