ALDI — Local services in Three Rivers

I’ve noticed in the past view months this store has gone completely down hill. Especially what I witness tonight 7:00pm on 5/1. I honestly will never be back. I have worked customers service all my life. I completely understand the mental toll it takes on you but you should never take that out on a customer. I was getting checked out and the lady cashing me out was very irritated. I’m guessing it was because it was about 10mins until the closed. Towards the end I had a case of sprite that she literally threw at the bottom of my cart. With that it literally exploded everywhere. I tried to reassure her that everything was okay and it wasn’t a big deal. She just wasn’t having it. Now here’s the icing on the cake. There was a little old man that came through the door. She literally yelled across the store “are you going to be quick? Because we close in 10mins” the guy literally jumped because of how loud she was. He said yes and I never seen a man move so quick his age running through the store. All he bought was 5 loaves of bread but he kept on looking back at her like she was going to yell at him again. Another guy came in and she literally followed him and yelled “we’re about to close so you need to leave”. She was then speaking to a customer that she was cashing out about how they’re about to close and there’s only 2 people there and they want to go home. I don’t know where she learned customer service but that was completely unacceptable and disgusting. It doesn’t matter how bad your day was you leave it at the door and you don’t take it out on customers. She needs to be fired. She was a heavy set women with short brown hair and...

Great place to shop even if you're looking for cheaper pricing. Some items are cheaper than the larger chains such as Walmart and meijer. It's a slight inconvenience that theres no bags but it's great to reduce plastic in the environment and they are great to their employees. Overall the staff is very nice and the produce is very fresh. If you're in the area I'd recommend stopping in and taking a look. It's a different experience but def a good one. I recommend getting your own reusable bags! Place is pretty spotless and has an overall atemosphere of uniqueness. Plenty of parking and many ways to enter their location. Handicapped accommodations are easily found. They have plenty of off brands and even items on their shelves that rotate through out the year which you can try that I have not seen in...

Kudos to this particular chain! Someone is standing outside disinfecting carts and counting the number of people in and out of the store. I was greeted pleasantly by both this person and the register clerk. Groceries were well stocked and store looked neat and clean. The store wasnt packed with people which made me feel more comfortable as I was able to stay distance. Unfortunately, there were customers who paid no attention to distancing and were not wearing masks but this is not the fault of the store. The carts were not chained together requiring a quarter to get one on this visit or my visit last week. That means I have less contact with things touched by others and I appreciated this. A great...
