I’d give it zero stars if I could. We attended our nieces birthday party over the weekend. When we were cleaning up to leave a lady (I assume a manager or owner) came out yelling about literal crumbs. We weren’t given anything to sweep like a broom or vacuum. They just wanted to yell at us. Don’t allow food or parties if you can’t handle crumbs. We had a two year olds party. What do you expect??? Also have bowlers coming to comment on my brother in laws post to attack him and tell him we were disgusting for leaving crumbs.

These are the photos they took while telling us we left such an awful mess but not giving us anything to clean it. If you want it cleaned supply a vacuum and make people aware they have to vacuum before they leave or like I said stop allowing food and drinks if you want to be lazy and not do YOUR JOB.

Never in the 3.5 years I’ve been a mom have I ever experienced people lacking so much empathy. Having that many kids in one place is stressful enough and you have no idea what someone is going through. Every other place has empathy and understanding that kids make mess. We went to this bowling alley last Friday with a group of 10 or so people we had the reservation set about two weeks in advanced so it’s not like they didn’t know we were coming. We all got there and ordered some appetizers and drinks before we started bowling. After we ate and bowled for a little bit, some of us wanted more drinks. When one of us went up to the counter to order, the lady taking the orders looked at us and said “You aren’t seriously about to order more food are you?” which we replied with “No, we would like more drinks” which she then replied “Well i’m not sure about that. I don’t want to over serve anyone” Mind you, we had only had two drinks each at that point and have been there for almost an hour and a half and the people who were drinking were NOT driving so I don’t see why that mattered? Also, we are spending money, why would it matter if we were ordering more food? They were also pushing for us to leave at an exact time. I grew up in bowling culture so I get all the nuances and unwritten rules. That being said - we had a party of 13 and they would only give us one lane.... so of course there’s no way to round up that many kids and make them sit still, and the adults in our party couldn’t even bowl. The families around us were upset that we took up so much room but there was nowhere else to go. Consider doing league nights literally any other night. As a manager, I understand how important loyal customers are, I get it. As a customer, I won’t be back as I felt we were absolute bottom priority, on top of being moved lanes in the middle of our game, on top of the guy thinking it’s appropriate to have 13 people bowl in one lane.
