Clean, comfortable, accommodating. Front desk was friendly and helpful getting us checked in with best rate possible. Lobby was clean and welcoming, with open bar and dining area. Being that we came in late, we opted to dine in. Many menu options with moderate+ pricing. Had the salad which was fresh and large portioned. Mash potato side was just ok but there was an unidentifiable repulsive tasting dark blob in it, which I spat out. Not good. Wait staff was attentive, but working alone. Our king room was modern, well appointed, spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. There was an unusual smell as we entered, but once I cranked down the a.c. it improved. Our bed was a little on the firmer side but comfortable enough and the linens were crisp and clean. There is also a nice kitchenette with hidden micro and mini fridge. Happy to see the Keurig machine, leaving me no worries about a dirty water chamber. Wish there would have been two coffee pods vs one coffee, one tea. But I guess I could've rang for more. Overall, I was pleased with our stay and would recommend this hotel to any traveler who doesn't mind paying a little extra for a clean, safe place to rest. PS. No free breakfast. Skip the dinner.

This Hilton Garden Inn is how an HGI is supposed to be. Great rooms, great service, great staff, and unlike many other ones, great restaurant and bar. The ambiance is fantastic. Very cold draft beer and a happy hour as well. Heather at the bar is awesome. The menu is very diverse, and everything I've had has been top-notch. The Filet Mignon rivals that of a high-end steakhouse. Pure beef, zero ribbons of fat. It's a perfect cut of beef. I can honestly say this is the best Hilton Garden I've ever stayed at, and I'm a Diamond member. I only stay at Hiltons if that tells you something. I've stayed at hundreds of hotels in the Hilton chain. I'd definitely drive out of my way to stay here every time. You will not be disappointed. I've had the filet 3 nights in a row, and there's a Longhorn Steakhouse right in front of the hotel. I'll probably have it for the next 4 nights as well.

room #220 I was gonna give this place an A++ until this morning housekeeping almost barged in my room even with the do not disturb sign on my door. For $200 a night you would think you deserve a little more respect from the staff. Although the front desk were very professional I like them. Then I’m getting ready to leave to go to work and I notice this little guy is crawling on my pillow. I stayed here two nights I was not bitten but this is a bedbug. I experienced bedbug bites and it’s not pretty. I’m always paranoid about bugs when I come to hotels. Room was 220 is right next to the ice machine and if you don’t have your AC consistently running you’re going to hear the ice machine run it’s pretty annoying. Also I saw in the previous review thought I was complaining about the water pressure. That’s just the way the sink is set up, the water pressure is all in the shower.

For being a Hilton it was a very interesting stay. We had a 1/4 roll on both rolls of our toilet paper in our bathroom. I was thinking oh they must of just forgot to change out the toilet rolls, no, they both had the pretty foldings on them😱 I have stayed at 50 dollar hotels and got my own roll and I have stayed at 179.00 like I paid last night for 1 night and get left over toilet paper from all the people who has stayed in the room before me LOVELY. I called and asked the gentleman at the front desk for a jet or Jacuzzi tub room and the man asked me what size bed I wanted, I told jim one king bed would be fine and he's like yes we have one its our jr. King suite come on in. After 20 hours on the road yes a huge tub to sit my big butt in was all I wanted. We get in there and I ask him for the jr. King suite like he told me on the phone. So we're talking and I tell my husband I can't wait to get in that big tub and the man tells me oh its just a regular tub, I'm like you told me you had a room available with a big tub hes like ummm oh no, we don't, I'm sorry, (REALLY) so I figured he must of miss understood me but in a sense I feel like I got fished in there. So my hubby is like we're staying which upset me but we continue on with our check in and the guy asked do you want a wake up call, we say yes 10:00 a.m he goes over somewhere and comes back and ask us once again, would you care for a wake up call, I'm like ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm yes😱😱😱😱 10 a.m please. So this is my conclusion A.) this man was older and maybe has a touch of early dementia or B.) this man was sleep deprived or c.) this man was high, either way between the toilet paper, hair in the tub and the man at the desk I would never stop...

I really dislike I have pro's and con's for this Hilton. Hilton Garden Inn is pretty much the only place we stay anymore. I'll start with the con's. I like to finish on a high note! We were put in a first floor room (which was fine with us). The first room as you come down the hall (fine also). The room was very dark. Maybe an extra light or a brighter bulb in one light. There were VERY loud people on this floor. These people were in the rooms after us. I think taking up the rest of the hall. Obviously, friends, family or something like that who were there for an event. They had all the doors standing open. Moving between rooms talking, yelling, laughing, cussing! The cussing was the worst!! They had NO respect that anyone else was on the hall. When were entering our room a couple stopped and just stared at us. I would have preferred to change rooms. At times it didn't feel safe to me. But, that could have just been me. They all may have been the best people you ever met. My husband wasn't up to moving rooms. We had already gotten everything unloaded into the room. He was just ready to fill his stomach and rest from traveling. The pro's! The room was very clean!! A+ to housekeeping! We were able to park outside our window (which was nice). It's pet friendly! We travel with our fur baby. We are silver customers. There was a welcome message on the tv. This was the first time we've had one. So, that added a nice personal touch. Breakfast was good! And, at least the loud people were quiet...

I've been severely disappointed in all my hotel stays over the past 10 years. Don't know what has changed but regardless of city and hotel I've been disappointed. This place was nice, definitely acceptable, I have zero complaints(I'm used to being severely disappointed so they earn 5 stars. If I were basing it on experiences from 20 years ago they'd still be a good hotel, probably 4.5 stars).

I thought it was a little pricey for such a small town but everything has gone up in price and it was better priced than others in town and I did reserve only 2 hours before arriving on the way home from Disney World on a Saturday so that probably is why it was a little more than I had hoped.

The staff was kind. I wish I remembered the ladies name at the front desk, she told me she had just returned from a 6 month hiatus, but she was very friendly which you don't see much anymore when checking into a hotel.

The pillows weren't enough but I asked for more and they brought them immediately.

We were so tired from the drive, my daughter was the only one to shower and she was confused by the lack of inner shower curtain and got water on the bathroom tile and had to use the rest of our towels to wipe up the water. We told her if she sees that in the future to just pull that part inside the bathtub. So maybe adding inner shower curtains would be my only piece of advice I could think of.

I would stay here again when coming back from...
