Used to shop here often, but they lost a customer today. Wife tried to return a swimsuit with a receipt the day after she had made the purchase. The store manager, his name was Kelly I think, was a pain in the ass to do a return. She left with the swimsuit since they would not refund for the whole amount. I spoke with him on the phone and he explained to me that that is not how they do business, and I got the notion that maybe this store revolves around methamphetamine use. No customer service and problems all around. The store is dirty and the items sold are second best and often times don't work. Long story short, I went and returned her swimsuit with no issue with a nice lady working up front. They returned the money into my checking account after the original purchase was done in cash? Wierd. Still waiting to see the money show in my account though. I won't be back here and the 20 other people I know that spend mucho dinero there will not be back either. Just stay away. We arrived a half hour before closing time and then got yelled at to get out of the store when the closing time happened. There were 6 or 8 people in the store, so thought it was bizarre. I had a small child and was mortified at the nasty behavior of the employee. She was talking down to her coworker and being so rude. When I asked for pricing info I was treated with the worst customer service ever. I spoke up about it and she ended up giving me a discount but just had a feeling of being super rushed and unwelcome. We spent quite a bit of money but would have spent much more had we been able to finish what we were shopping for. One employee, said her name was Luna was very helpful and sweet. The other one, I asked her name because of the treatment.. her name was Nikki...was terrible with her attitude. Did not appreciate it at all. I ended up buying something that I thought was $7.50, but realized later it was actually $37.50 because I was so rushed I wasn't able to review the prices on the receipt. Used to enjoy this store, but ever since they started changing the type of products they keep in stock, got rid of most of their food/drinks, most of the pet supplies, and raised most of the remaining prices, there's no point to shop here really. I walked in to see if they happened to have something, and this new girl, spouting orders like she's in charge, was berating my regularly seen employees, in front of customers, spouting about how she demanded all employee bags be searched before they leave cause she doesn't trust any of them..That definitely made for a more awkward than usual experience. So I'm not sure if they're having a theft issue (wouldn't surprise me) or if they just hired a new DM or something, but she solidified my decision to shop elsewhere, cause I refuse to support a business that openly treats their employees like crap, and in front of customers no less.
