Tigard Marketplace — Local services in Tigard

I went for an Amazon return at UPS, and it was not my favorite experience. First, a man and his son/grandson completely cut in front of me, and I said I was waiting in line, and they didn't care nor did the 2 people working say anything. I have worked tons of retail and will call out what's right. If someone is next in line, I take that person and communicate they were next. Then the guy who was working gave me a hard time because I didn't have anything to pack my return myself, which I had clicked no need package or label which ended up being a total lie. I didn't mind paying for packaging, but he totally made me feel like I made a huge mistake and didn't read the instructions. I told him I did, but I didn't have anything to pack it with. I don't usually do Amazon returns, and I will just pick a different drop-off location than use that UPS location...

This is an easily accessed shopping center from both directions. The intersections have signal lights so you are not trying to cross Hwy 99 and waiting for ever. This isn't a services mall not for clothes shopping. But with a grocery store, UPS store, tire store, and a Bi-Mart it is as extremely useful group of businesses. This is the 3rd time in a row they had our to-go order wrong! Frustrating getting home & missing ordered items missing & wrong, dang. Last time we had a totally different burger someone else must have been missing. Wrong sandwich... Also, since it's lower capacity because of Governor's orders, it's not busy for staff. Why can't they check our order before bringing it to us??

Guess we'll give this place a break & visit other...
