TLDR: This store's employees (especially Margaret) are amazing and will take good care of you! I am not exaggerating when I say Margaret (!!!), Lauren and Jordan at this store all went above and beyond and it was the best customer service I have ever experienced! Like some other reviewers mentioned, I sometimes feel uncomfortable going to Lululemon stores because of the negative vibe but not here! All three ladies were so helpful and patient with me- I was in the store for quite a while figuring out what to stock up on since the healthcare discount was ending. They genuinely love the products that they carry and I appreciated that they offered helpful suggestions and listened to any feedback I had about fit/sizing/etc. They ultimately helped me find items that fit me comfortably and I walked out a happy customer! I had just come from a negative experience at the store on Couch street, and it was like this store's employees knew about it and were being extra kind and helpful to make up for it, except they actually had no idea and were just doing an amazing job at their job! They left such a good impression that when my friend came to visit a little after, I brought her to this store. Margaret was working again and, with her amazing memory, even remembered my name and her suggestions for me! We couldn't say enough good things about Margaret- she is helpful, patient, understanding, personable, energetic, fun, positive, and seems like a genuinely good person. The gal letting you try on clothes was 0 help, I asked for help with a size... did she help no, but she did let me know they had one left and then let me mess up their neatly folded stack looking for the pair of pants I requested, while she just stood there and watched. Thanks for the help(I did not get her name)... And when I went to purchase/exchange, another sales associate rung me up... she was also not pleasant, and rude. The return didnt go through because I used a gc for part of my purchase. She was just like, 'Sorry, didnt go through, I can give you another gc.' My original order was about $300 and the gc was $128. I asked her to try again as the refund should go back on my card not a gc. She reluctantly, begrudgingly redid... guess what... went back on my card no problem. There was no 'sorry about that' ,'thanks for coming' nothing. Handed me my bag. No thanks......
Read moreI've never received such poor customer service in my life. I tried to return $150 worth of clothing that was purchased with a CC and a $10 gift card. The gal who was helping me said it could only be put back on a GC. She asked if that was okay, and I said 'no, because I purchased a majority with a CC'. She pushed some buttons and said, 'yeah, I'm just going to put it on a GC'. I decided to only return one of my items in that case. The next thing that happened, was I continued to shop. Out of 5 consultants in the store, none offered to start a room. I asked one to help me, because I wanted to try a couple things on. I walked back to the fitting rooms and waited. A gal finally came and met me, but she didn't smile or anything. I came out of the fitting room and the consultant was propped up on her elbows with her head in her hands and asks, 'yes or no?' Wooooooow... I just set my items down and walked out......
