Edited review after posting the negative review the owner came to my store to buy something not knowing I worked there, one of my employees shared the bad experiences I had and she left word that she would like to talk with me as soon as possible. After speaking with her she was visibly upset that these things were happening outside her supervision and assured me that she will be taking steps to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Watched an employee wipe his nose with an ungloved hand then prepare food, also kind of disappointed all thier food is frozen in a bag after being told its all fresh cooked food. Frozen hamburger patties in a bag is not fresh.

I have come back here twice just to see if it's a fluke, and I have come to the conclusion that they have no idea what food safety is, I work in the mall and was desperately looking for something new and good to eat, but I value my health too much to attempt eating a frozen patty hamburger from winco with a side of...

Their food is disgusting - its quality is on par with cheap cafeteria food or what you'd expect from a convenience store, yet between the bold "Restaurant" signage and the high prices ($15 for a single+fries+drink), I mistakenly thought this place was at least close to restaurant quality.

I ate a few fries, two bites of the microwaved and visually unpleasant burger before I just decided no no no.. I'm not paying $18 (3 was tip) for this junk that makes McDonald's look gourmet.

I returned the food and asked for a refund. The skinny kid with a silly mustache said there was nothing wrong with the food so he shouldn't have to return my money. I explained to him what was wrong with the food and that I would not eat or pay for it. Gave him the opportunity to refund the transaction, even warned him that they'll have to pay a chargeback fee in addition to a refund if I have to get it from the bank.

Me and my friend tried this place out today. I went up to the counter at around 2:00 pm. The worker asked what I wanted. I said, “the small Crazy Crunchy Fries please.” He responded with “Ok fries.” In my head, I thought hmm i asked for the Crazy Crunchy Fries and he just said fries, but I decided to stick with the order. Bad choice on my part. Once I finally received my fries, they were in a brown bag, no boat or cup or anything. And, to my complete shock, they were not very crunchy or crispy, as I had assumed they would be, due to the clever marketing.
