I was hoping for a positive review of the Tanger Outlet Kay's but no...Buying my daughter a gift due to rough times and I was in the 5+ minutes, no one even said hello!!! Finally I got in line to GET help and the woman in front was trying to make a decision and on her phone for 5 minutes so I went to the other line where they literally seemed irritated I was shopping there! I asked for help and lazily she said she'd follow me. She didn't know the price of the item I asked about and didn't say let me find out! She said it's possibly 25% off of $400 or more...ok. She asked for a price range and said that 1 item may work so I bought it at $129. The warranty was $50 if it breaks. Almost 50% of the total. I asked a few questions about regular warranty and both employees were snotty about it. Worst experience shopping EVER! Don't work in customer service if you don't want to help people! I'll literally go anywhere else! Ugh, I was hoping for a helpful experience but I see why they have so many bad reviews! My wife started dealing with her before she moved from Georgia to New Hampshire to find the perfect ring. Hailey is the most patient and kindest soul I have ever met. We had a lost of hiccups with my ring, and Hailey solved every one!!! Now we live in georgia, and I had an issue with the soldering on my band. I brought ny ring to the local kays to have it fixed, and it wasn't right. So i figured I'd call new hampshire kays and see if Hailey was still there.I told her what happened and without hesitation, she had me ship my ring back to her!!! Read moreI was a long time customer of Kays. I spent thousands over the yrard. I bought a couples ring for my wife's birthday. Her birth stone is Aquamarine. When the ring arrived, the aquamarine was clear with no hint of blue. When I spoke to the store manager, he informed me I could pay an additional $200 for a stone upgrade or return the ring. I pointed out that the online ad stated genuine stones. He refused to send it back to be corrected. Needless to say, I returned the ring. I will never buy another thing from Kay's.
