UPDATE: 1/7/2021 Gave this location another shot , never again. Place my order go up to first window to pay, lady that takes payment didn't have correct order up, had to tell her what I ordered . Ok honest mistake . Go up to get my food and this is the reason why I am updating this review. The teenager there tried to give me a drink right away I know it's not mine due to what inside. I let her know i didn't order the drink . She continues to try to tell me that I ordered the drink and the food that she gave me . I told her what I ordered she grabs the food and refused to take the drink back. Time and time again, told me I could get out of my car to throw it away , defeats the purpose of the drive thru doesn't it. Not only that but you aren't correcting the issue you're making it worse. I get my actual drink, she closes the window . I wait there after checking my bag, no straw. She opens the window back up finally and informs me in a rude manner that there should be a straw in bag . I let her know there was not one. She responds " OH MY GOD" and gives me the straw. This is not the way you treat a customer in general, let alone when you mess up their order time and time again . I don't know why you have this young lady working for you . Terrible attitude. I'm done with this location wish I could give it less than one star.
7 months ago : Went through the drive thru . Food was room temperature at best . When i asked for marinara sauce the lady at the window told me they didn't have it . When i asked her what she meant she stated in a rude manner that the marinara sauce had been discontinued. Read moreToday 21 August Sign saying receipt not working. No receipt given. Also, onion rings cool to warm not cooked through. Leaves that yuk flavor in your stomach. This franchise must really not work hard or follow BK rules.
10days prior Staff said to man in front only $.09 went through. Asked him to swipe again 2nd time. He asked for a receipt in case he needed to contest charge and staff pointed to sign saying their printer was out of order. Lady with red hair was so beligerant to this elderly man he ultimately handed them the food back and asked for a refund with both receipts.
After myself and another customer stepped in and his daughter came in we were bickering for 5 minutes she stormed off not saying anything and as we all waited asking for the manager. The GM shows up nice as can be with a laser printer receipt.
So what's up franchisee. Are you really happy that your red head staff beats down an elderly man over him getting worried he was possibly double charged. Wow your staff turned 5 people into angry mob all because you don't print receipts.
Totally shocked that staff would argue saying no receipts then when the revolt begins and we ask if it's legal not to provide receipts then she gets one printed.
Bad deal bad taste in customers mouth. Or does this leave room for fraud from staff? Double swipe credit cards no receipt. Odd $.09 went through then full amount. Something is odd...
