Very cheap price & friendly helpful staff. I went in to have a ring sized down. Only complaint was I turned it in on the 6th, called on the 12th and was told it would be done the next day and I would receive a call when it was ready to be picked up. I did not receive a call the next day but I waited till the 14th to call them again. It was then that I was told it was ready to be picked up, even tho I never received a call that morning. When I went and picked it up the staff was very polite and I asked to get the ring cleaned and buffed as it had black polish and a scratch on it when I got it back from them. Took four gold rings in for resizing that had a lot of sentimental value. One we bought in China in 1956, one that was my father's that was obtained in 1965, one that was bought in India in 1965, and my wedding band that never fit right. They are always welcoming and pleased to see me. It’s definitely a family vibe. I love that they have unique pieces, both new and estate.
