Five stars is NOT enough for the two women who assisted us this weekend. Rosa and Laila (I apologize if names are spelled incorrectly). Both women were THE friendliest most patient and the warmest of women I have ever encountered when it comes to helping children. I felt like we walked into their home and they were ready with that warmth on a cold day. Rosa connected with my daughter because she too shares a daughter with the same name and shared personal information about her that showed her human good nature. Laila was fresh air she made a promise to refill our teddy with stuffing in a short amount of time when the store was going 50 mph and she was the only one on the floor at that time. my daughter had this Teddy since she was an infant so the separation was painful l, but the wait was sooo worth it. Read moreWanted to shout out Lexie from Build a Bear who was so cool and kind with my three kids. All throughout the resort there are signs for story time at 7pm at the BAB store. We showed up on time and sadly it was closed and no one was there. Walking past was Lexie, who said hi and told us if we wanted story time she would grab a reader and meet us in the lobby. Moments later, Lexie showed back up and said she was going to be our reader. She read two stories and brought the kids these cool rock candies. Knowing we were the only ones, at it was now after 7, and learning that she also had a few kids of her own, instead of leaving because her shift was over, she stayed, and made the nights and trip that much better for my kids.
