The Last Bite — Restaurant in Tobyhanna Township

We stopped by The Last Bite dessert shop inside Kalahari Resort during our stay and had a mixed experience. Ordering from the kiosk made the process quick and convenient, which was a nice touch. We tried a variety of ice cream flavors—cookie and cream, strawberry, mint, vanilla, and chocolate—and they were all fine, but nothing extraordinary.

We also added some toppings, including caramel, marshmallow, sprinkles, and hot fudge. The hot fudge was a letdown, though. It wasn’t hot or liquidy like expected, and instead, the staff scraped out the bottom of the container and poured it over my ice cream. It would have been better if they had just informed me that they were out of fresh hot fudge rather than giving me the remnants of an old batch.

Overall, the ice cream was decent, but the experience was a little disappointing due to the hot fudge issue. Still, the convenience of ordering through the kiosk and the variety of toppings made...

I hate to make a bad review but Sunday September 12 around 3 pm, we went with my kids and they want an apple and 2 Spush Bob Rice and the lady take the cash them the 2 rice cakes took it with the same gloves that she was taking the money, she did not use any utensils. I stop to see if was my mistake and see if maybe she change her gloves after but not. She did the same with the next customers and even she give a sample for the next customer with the same gloves that use to type on the computer and receving the cash. I talk with her after all the customers left and she apologized, for me is crazzy with this pandemic and things like this happen in this...

Our server was Necato, I am not sure how you hire someone who has no regards for others especially kids. We ordered our ice cream and asked to pay, she then ignored us and continue to serve others. I asked another server to let us pay and she said we have to wait on Necato, who contined to ignored us. Then a while later she signaled us to pay on the other side while she continued to walk away. Finally we paid and we complained to the the cashier who was smiling at Necato while listening to us. Great service, I see a bright...
