Issue with purchase, the motor broke on are recliner, and it took 3 wks to get a call back from there repair guy, the another month and half to get it repaired. Very disappointed in the product, only had it for a month and it takes almost 3 months to get repaired. The sales people are great. The product is terrible.

I would have to say that the "old man " could not have been nicer tou wife and I. We went to five different furniture stores and couldn't find a single item to buy until we walked into Smith's Furniture. We purchased a full bedroom set, kitchen set and hi top table. Then we went back and found a beautiful leather recliner. The prices were great and the two gentlemen who delivered the furniture were the nicest and most courteous people have ever meet. Thank you Buster for making this a fun adventure and we Love...

They were very rude to and took advantage of my mother, who has breast cancer. They mislead her on serval aspects of her order. And have refused to help her resolve any of the issues they caused.
