I understand that the premise of the store is discount deals on a variety of items but there are constant times I've gone in and a huge amount of sections are totally empty of product. There are items left everywhere, for the size of the store they clearly do not have the people to physically support. I didn't go with a particular shopping experience in mind on my most recent visit but I did find a few things I wanted and less than 25% had prices or even barcodes. I had to hunt for someone to find the products. I couldn't find anyone, and even if I did then i'd have to hunt again to find where I grabbed it from to get an answer. So I took my items to the register figuring that maybe it could be determined there. There were over 6 people waiting in line with large orders and 1 cashier way on the end. After some time the manager came up and opened a second register in an attempt to crowd control. I finally was called to the cashier and when I got there I showed that there were no prices on multiple items of mine. It was at that point I realized that the other register operator was a manager because the cashier had to put a stop to her ringing guests out so the items and prices could be located. The cashier was extremely polite and professional but the woman who was managing made sure I knew what a nuisance I was. I was stuck standing there at register while the line backed up to 10+ people while she tried hunting down the items. When she came back she knew the price for a few but others she couldn't find so her reasoning was "they're exactly like this so scam this". She ended up ringing out 2 room sprays for over $10 each. Read moreWorst experience and customer service I’ve ever encountered. I opted for curbside pickup followed directions. The manager and another employee kept going in and out of the store, continued to ignore me for 20mins while manager then gets on a phone call. I finally decide to go in and just get it. The other 2 employees who could very visibly see my car w the hazards on had just been in there talking the entire time while also ignoring me. They called the manager who was outside on the phone to go get my pickup order. During which time my toddler started screaming bc I wouldn’t let him take a bunch of things off the shelf. The employee then starts telling me I need to effectively communicate w my kid to make him stop. Manager was rude to me when he brought my order up saying I had to swipe my card bc i didn’t come get my order sooner(I had until April 16th this incident occurred the 13th) I showed him it was pending in my acct and he said “no I would know I have to push a button the charge and fullfill the order.”So I go get my card and the same employee starts harassing me again asking if I was able to properly communicate w my kid in my car, “oh that’s good you properly communicated. Proper communication is important” and continued on with this topic using it as sarcasm in reference to my interaction between myself and the employees there. Read moreI felt very violated in this store. This use to be one of my favorite store but this visit was my last. I was in the store looking around and workers kept popping up every aisle I went down. I started going down other aisle purposely to see if I was just being dramatic but I wasn’t! They were following me and my daughter! That was the most uncomfortable and the most disgusting thing I’ve ever experienced in this store! Absolutely unacceptable! It got so uncomfortable I just had to leave the store and I actually think the workers thought it was funny! Me and my daughter aren’t the first black people they’ve seen and we most certainly won’t be the last so management needs to do better ensuring the comfortability of all their customers...
