I love this restaurant let me be clear on that. The food is incredible every time, but the service on this visit was literally the worst customer service experience ive ever had. And ive flown on American Airlines several times. Adriana our server all in one visit forgot to bring our appetizer out until after I reminded her twice and it came out with our entrees. She proceeded to bring out the wrong entree so by the time the correct one was out my wife had already finished half of hers, and in the process set a searing hot plate down right in front of my infant who was at the end of the table in a high chair and she hurt her hand grabbing at it and I also got burned grabbing the plate away from my baby because she just sat there goldfish with no thoughts behind her eyes. Which infuriates me because it should be common sense to not place a “hot plate” in the reach of small children (not so common in her case). She then disappeared for 15 minutes and then came back with the check in which she tried double charging me for a meal I didn’t even order. Fortunately there was a competent server I was able to flag down and resolve the billing issue but that didn’t resolve my infants hand hurting, or my profound frustration with having to think for this person and myself. If you go here please be sure to put oven mits on your kids if you have the unfortunate luck of having to deal with Adriana. I hope this helps. The margs are pretty killer...
Read moreAlright, so first off the food was absolutely horrible. I ordered their steak quesadilla with rice and beans. The quesadilla had extremely dry and tough chicken that tasted like it had been microwaved along with the steak which made no sense. The rice tasted like it had been sitting for hours and was cold. And the beans… don’t even get me started… good heavens, the beans weren’t even beans. They looked like they had been put in a blender and sat all day before they put them on my plate. They tasted like the gravy from girlfriends white people thanksgiving.
To top the night off, my poor girlfriend who is gluten intolerant ordered the “Yolonda” which came out looking appetizing, but the moment she bit into the solid nuked piece of chicken that came from 1945 Hiroshima, she had an immediate allergic reaction and broke out in hives. The beans and rice on her plate also tasted like food from the bubonic plague. She asked for some new food (tacos) and those were horrible as well. Half of the beef was cooked and the rest undercooked which just lets me know they let it sit in the pan. She got sick from that as well and ended up destroying the toilet when we got home. I still haven’t stepped foot in that bathroom and it was over 24 hours ago. To sum it up, never eat...
Read moreCinco de Mayo is a fiesta for your taste buds! Their birria is absolutely amazing, and you cannot leave without trying the birria tacos or the fajita tacos. The tender, flavorful meat paired with the perfect blend of spices and toppings is simply divine. Don't miss their mixed meat nachos either; they're a mountain of cheesy, meaty goodness that's impossible to resist.
The margaritas are not only delicious but also beautifully presented, making them the perfect accompaniment to your meal. The service is always friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. You'll never have to worry about finding a seat, as they have plenty of space to accommodate everyone. The prices are incredibly reasonable, and the portions are generous, making it a great value for your money.
