I've been going to this restaurant since they first opened. I never had an issue until today. Friday, August 18th, 2023, I went and ordered 2 combos totaling $13 a piece and with the tip, the total would have come to $28. Mind you, I selected the customized tip option and I input what amount that I wanted to leave. Upon checking my account and the payments that hit my account today, August 22, 2023, I noticed that $30 extra was taken from my account, totaling $58 from Wing Depot. When I went back to the restaurant to inquire about it, I was told that I "mistaking" left a thirty-dollar tip. I don't make mistakes like that. Then I was told there was nothing they could do about it because "technically it wasn't" their fault and it's been four days. I'll accept accountability, however. When the young man, Victor asked me if I wanted a receipt, I said no. Any other time, I always get a receipt and review it, but that night I didn't. My fault. Then, they called my phone, telling me they "reviewed the cameras" and saw me type in $30.00. Sounds like B.S. to me. I know exactly what I typed in, and that was NOT it. They could have compensated me in another way, but they didn't even try. So, from now on, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I attempted to hang in there with this business even after seeing all the bad reviews, but this is not the type of establishment that I will continue to support. I have to start with just how great the customer service was. Once you come in, these two guys treat you like you’re family. You can tell they share a genuine connection with their customers.

Originally, I ordered on DoorDash but for those of you who know DoorDash, I was priced pretty high. I had two chicken meals and it came up to 55 dollars. So of course I’m not paying that much when I can just drive down the street to get this food. We talked and they told me about how DoorDash taxes them so they have to raise their prices which is understandable.

I ordered the sweet and sour chicken wings while my mate ordered the hot garlic and we both got fries and a drink. Now, the wings were absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked as well as hot. I was skeptical because of how fast I received my food but it was so hot and perfect. Our only complaint with the wings were the lack of sauce but that’s probably because I didn’t ask for extra sauce and that’s just the standard amount. All in all, pretty good wings.

Now these French fries... absolutely terrific. They’re breaded in their own breading and seasoned and it’s perfectly seasoned. I’m astonished by how well tasty these fries were. The piece of bread was the icing on top and it tasted absolutely wonderful and was so fluffy. I highly recommend this place but if you’re a saucy eater, be sure to ask for extra sauce! I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant recently, and I must say that it far exceeded mine expectations. The atmosphere was chic and sophisticated, with a welcoming and warm ambiance. The attention to detail in the décor and presentation was apparent from the moment I walked through the doors.

The food was absolutely divine - every dish was prepared with precision and care, and the flavors were simply divine. The presentation was top-notch, with each plate looking like a work of art. The ingredients were fresh and of the highest quality, and the culinary team clearly has a deep understanding of flavor profiles and how to elevate each dish to the next level.

But the service was what truly set this restaurant apart. The waitstaff were attentive and professional, constantly checking in to make sure that our experience was enjoyable. They were also extremely knowledgeable about the menu, and made excellent recommendations that enhanced our meal even further. They were able to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask, and their attention to detail was impeccable.

Overall, I am confident in saying that this restaurant is a true gem, and I would give it the highest rating of 5 stars. The food and service were both impeccable, and I will surely be returning in the future. Thank you for a truly memorable...
