Sun 9-21-25. Went today w/ my Hubby and 4 of my kids & my Mommy. We had an AWESOME time! Hadnt been since it used to be the old Southwyck Lanes and they re-opened as Incredibowl. And Incredible it is! Its so clean inside...A TOTAL difference to the dark, nasty previous place. Its like a fun land for adults & kids lol..Just needs a go cart area 🙏🏽. lol....But it does have a game/arcade area & Laser tag! This place also has so many cool feautures and so much to do! When bowling when you go to type in your name for the bowlers the screen lets u also take a selfie to use your own picture & the picture comes up on the screen above the pins so u can tell whose turn it is!

Then its lights everywhere! Like a laser show..just not as much. But still soo cool! Then when you order food there is this Robot type cart that comes around all by itself and brings your food to your lane. And if you pet its head it talks to you! How cool is that?? VERY!

We only ordered onion rings which were beer battered & delicious! And the fries and a few drinks...The other food is kinda pricey but im sure it woulda been good too. But all in all we had so much fun & will def be back! Also when me & my Mom were walking out the Manager, John, stopped us to chat a bit. He was so very nice & friendly. And asked if he could show us the, private VIP room (which we didnt even know this place had)!

That was just as nice! And GREAT for parties or whatever. Its in a completely seperate area with its own bowling lanes in it away from the regular people lol...It has a bar & seating & tvs galore. So a watch party or party to watch a big game would be awesome to have in there! (Kids cant be in there after a certain time however). But all in all I would give this place 5 stars! And we will DEF be back! Thanks again Jon for the tour & all the information about this place! Oh! I almost forgot! There is a "bowling leaugue" for us "Terrible" bowlers that runs for a few weeks starting in Sept. Very reasonably priced & they give you a party w/pizza at the end! Whats not to love...

Save yourself from wasting your money here. Where do I even begin honestly probably the most rudest, laziest staff I’ve ever came in contact with had issues getting someone’s attention even though there is way more workers standing around than there is actually doing something job related or helping out the guests and when you do get someone’s attention prepare to get annoyed because you would’ve been better off just figuring it out on your own to say the least. Susie was our bartender and her attitude alone will make NEVER want to come back as long as she’s behind the bar I’m good on that. Not only was she very rude, her drinks sucked too. When we ordered food she acted as if she didn’t know what was on the menu and that we were an inconvenience to her and what she was doing at the time keep in mind it was not busy by any means… I could’ve made better frozen food at home how can you mess up boneless wings and pizza? Also watched the woman at the front desk “check” what she would call “her employees” more than once. I’m not sure if she’s really the lady in charge if so she’s very immature for her position in my eyes… watched her tell another employee “because I’m Kia I’m the BIG DOG around here” “I can do what I want because I’m ME” very unprofessional. If she was loud enough for me to hear her standing in line I wonder what else has came out of her mouth in...

I can't believe after spending over $400 only pizza and lanes that I got the "Bowling Bash". I was told I bought a bowling only package, birthday party for a 5 yr old, no table only bowling and pizza and even though it said birthday package said 290, was pizza and lanes only, same price needed police / fireman decorating and was told by manager was for lanes only definitely was not worth it proceed with caution! And says 290 at least 600 - 700 after tax and decorations never again! Bowling Bash Includes

• add up to 2 additional guests for $29 each • add party lane(s)for $145 each This is off their website, which is what the Manager said I ordered - Started with 2 lanes, 2 pizzas, no arcade cards, no pin, no tables, only thing that was stressed in phone call, was needed to bring my own decorations because my grandson wanted policeman/fireman ended up paying $420, and when I asked what I was paying for, told me even though the "Birthday Package" said was $290, you actually pay between $600 -$700 after taxes, decorations, and their add on, definitely false advertising!
