I went there with my 6month old baby who was asleep. Since she was asleep I put her car seat in the stroller. When I first walked in the lady was nice and told me if I wanted to I could leave the stroller up front since there are some tight corners in the shop. I was thinking to myself it would be easier to stop pushing the stroller once I got to a small space instead of carrying the car seat and carry a diaper bag which could possibly bump into some breakable items. After a few minutes I noticed the lady was watching me (I felt like she thought I was going to steal) and she very rudely told me I HAD to leave the stroller up front. I didn’t even say anything to her, I just left. She didn’t even say bye or thank you for coming or come back soon. Very rude customer service. As a customer I understand her not wanting anything getting broken by the stroller but doesn’t it make more sense than to carry a car seat and...

There is a sign posted on the door that you must wear a mask to enter and have vendors that greet you at the door to be sure you are wearing your mask before entering. Disturbingly enough, the vendors monitoring the patrons mask upon entry to the store were the very ones that DID NOT HAVE THEIR MASKS ON.

We brought it to the attention of the owner and she did nothing to have them comply with the state of Texas mask mandate in a business.

With this being said, we felt it was in our best interest to leave the establishment for our safety and health. The total disregard of our concern as a customer and lack of respect will unfortunately keep us from visiting in the future. Needless to say, this used to be one of our favorite places in Tomball...
