Four years ago I had placed an order with another baker for my sisters Sweet 16th and the day of the baker forgot about the cake the day of the party!!!!!

I was scrambling everywhere calling every single place CRYING! 5 other bakery’s including Shop-rite and Walmart!

I called Mandolis and they helped me with a four tier cake to feed 150 PEOPLE IN 3 HOURS... iced beautifully with fresh gorgeous flowers from the flower shop nearby on Main Street and each layer being a different flavor, and my sister’s initial as well literally 3 HOURS BEFORE THE PARTY STARTED!! They even had the cake delivered like WHAAAT! Well that was four years ago and until this day I only order from Mandolis and only will for every holiday and party ect.

They have impeccable customer service and know how to run a business. Everyone should buy their treats from Nicole and Amanda!

Absolutely amazing, we got the (chocolate chip cake SOFT (tastes like a COOKIE), Chocolate which was decadent but not too heavy, and Vanilla which was perfect because it tasted like fresh vanilla and fresh whipped cream filling!! Best...

These ladies make some of the most amazing cakes . We have been using them since the day they opened the store.. All you need is an idea of what you want and they’ll make it for you better than you could imagine. They both know how much I hate fondant and I have brought them some of the most complicated Cake ideas that normally would be made with fondant but they have figured out how to make it without every time for me. And for those of you who complained that they don’t have cakes ready made when you walk in you need to understand that this is not a traditional bakery they are custom bakers everything they do is need to order if you’re looking for someplace to walk in and buy boring run of the mill ready to go cake, may I suggest you go to ShopRite PS they make some pretty rockin...

Megan is phenomenal! From the start, she was engaging, very responsive and up for the challenge to all of my 50th birthday cake design concepts. She has a professional, yet down-to-earth personality when it came to our in-person interactions. What made my cake so special is her eye for detail. She was also immediately responsive for a slight cake issue that happened in transit to my event. Without any hesitation, she asked for pictures via text and rushed over with all her supplies on-site. She assured me not to worry about anything, she would take care of the repairs and just wanted me to enjoy my husband's 50th. She is also very kind and understanding. A win in my book and a definite keeper for future bakery needs....
