Absolutely worth the stop—delicious food, amazing coffee, and even better people!

We stopped by Spire Coffeehouse on a whim and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Just 4 minutes off the NJ Parkway, it’s the perfect place to take a quick break that feels anything but rushed.

We had the bacon, egg & cheese on ciabatta and the bacon, sausage, egg & cheese—both were perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. Under $6 and they were hefty in weight! For drinks, we tried the hazelnut latte and the caramel latte with maple cold foam—easily some of the best coffee drinks we’ve ever had. The maple cold foam was unreal!

What really made the experience stand out was the team behind the counter. The three staff members were incredibly kind, friendly, and engaging, creating such a warm and inviting vibe while they prepared our food and drinks with care.

We hired Spire to cater our daughter’s birthday at our house and provide barista services and I cannot say enough amazing things! From start to finish the process was seamless - amazing communication via email, fair prices, easy confirmation prior and an absolutely incredible party. They delivered all of the food and set up a pop up coffee shop in our yard. They had the cutest decor on the table, a sign made special for our event and our guests RAVED about both the food and the drinks. They took such a huge task off of my shoulders the morning of the party by setting everything up and delivering beautiful trays of breakfast foods. Absolutely perfect from start to finish. Spire Coffeehouse is seriously one of my favorite spots - hands down. The staff is always warm and welcoming (shoutout to the sweetest baristas ever), and you can tell they genuinely care about the drinks and the vibe they’re creating. The space is clean, cozy, and just has that chill “I could stay here forever” energy.

I’ve been coming here for a while now and never once had a bad experience. The drinks are always made with care and creativity - definitely not your average cup of coffee. It honestly blows my mind when people leave negative reviews, because it just doesn’t reflect the experience I’ve had or the kind of love that goes into this place.
