I have been a happy and satisfied EarthE CBD customer for a year and a half. I use a combination of their products to help manage my anxiety disorder.

I also suffer from chronic back and neck pain, which had been pretty bad for a couple of weeks. I’d been wanting to try the CBD pain cream for some time, but had not gotten around to ordering it. In the beginning of May, I finally did, and I am so glad!!

I consider myself a logical person, so I think I had realistic expectations beforehand. I thought it would probably provide some relief for the pain, and hoped it would be enough so that I could take a little less Motrin (which doesn’t really help all that much anyway). Well, this logical person has deemed EarthE’s CBD pain cream a magic potion, and I will never be without it again!

The day I received the cream, I put some on my neck, and experienced immediate relief! It was amazing! Again, being a logical person, I didn’t allow myself to think (or even hope) that this would be the norm. I have used it several times now, for various aches and pains, and it actually does happen nearly every time! I experience drastic pain relief, if not immediately, very soon after applying it, and it lasts for hours. Not only does it reduce the pain and inflammation, it feels as though it relaxes the muscles too. I haven’t taken one Motrin, for anything other than a headache, since I began using the pain cream. It also has a wonderful scent! For me, it’s a miracle. My “magic potion.”

I also have to mention the outstanding customer service I have received from the EarthE crew. I had a few questions and a “glitch” that I needed help with. Not only did they respond right away, they were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I really got the feeling that they care about their customers and sincerely want to help. The combination of the excellent products and being treated so well by the staff has certainly earned my trust and loyalty to the EarthE CBD brand.

I’m so impressed, I’ve been telling anyone and everyone about my experience. So far, at least one of my friends and one family member have placed orders with EarthE based on my praise of them. I imagine that list will continue to grow.

I love the CBD/THC gummies here. They are packed with different cannabinoids and EarthE packs a whopping 75mg of various CBD's creating a dope entourage effect. They work great and just as good as any health products I've bought 💯. I love the CBD/THC tincture they carry. Again packed with different types of cannabinoids. It's an acquired taste but the effects are trustworthy 💯 Great for sleep and relaxation...The tincture has the perfect distributed amount of contents for each serving so that you're not getting extra high.-- My message to the Owner or whoever is in charge: I'd like to recommend (as a customer) based on observation of actually being in the store- Is it possible to create a 5mg CBD/THC (and the other various cannabinoids ingredients included in the recipe , e.g., CBN,CBG etc) into a smaller gummy as well as the 2.5 mg that you already carry into a smaller gummy? The squares are huge (for me) and I have to take a few to get to my sweet spot and I'm chewing for days. I'd rather pay more if the mg were higher and the gummy smaller along with a variety of more flavors like the other products. I bought the CBD organic vapes and weren't too fond of them only because buying each a Sativa and Indica flavors they both tasted the same but to give credit where it is due (It should taste the same because they are both CBD) my only complaint about the vapes is that they work too fast and the taste. A great product for those who can't wait for the gummy to start kicking in or are in need of a higher dose at once time. The taste also would be an acquired taste (in my opinion). But overall these products I bought go and are above and beyond and you can taste the Organic in them. And EarthE are generous enough to give you free samples of goodies! Ps.- (To the owner) We love the free samples! Good business...

I've purchased gummies from them several times before. I always buy the same kind and flavor so I know how they're supposed to be. This last purchase is extremely hard, not even close to what they've always been.

I contacted the store by email and told them that I got a stale batch. He seemed pretty defensive and corrected me that they weren't stale, that they were cured and hardened. I'm not a gummy expert so I accepted that and asked how I could soften them, and make sure it didn't happen again. He told me to dissolve them in water and didn't respond to the question about it happening again.

I'm not taking a chance with them anymore. I don't want to be forced to dissolve my gummies every time I buy from this store.

Edited to add: the owner just accused me of lying to him. Why would I need to lie when I was only asking how to make the gummies soft?  If I left them out myself, I still could have asked how to make them soft. I'm insulted that he blamed me when it was his product that was the problem.

And why did he think he was doing me a favor by replying to an email about a product that I purchased from him?
