I want to say the owner and the lady that helped us was so nice. They was very polite and was very informative . The only reason they didn’t get a 5 is because of the delivery and coming up with better solution for damaged products from delivery . They have a separate person deliver ( that they don’t say is extra charge ) no big deal it’s seemed nice not to have to worry about doing that part. But the guy gave me a time frame was two hours earlier so I wasn’t home my teens was . They smelled very strongly of weed . And they put 2 good size scratches on the fridge and a dent in the dish washer . When I contacted the store they apologized and was concerned and wanted to fix the problem . They came back with there was nothing they can do for the dish washer because it’s was bought opened box’s sale . They asked if we can send a picture so we did and they said oh that was there . Which is not true . And said that’s why it was on sale . I said no it was on sale due to your valentine sale going on and there was no dent when we was there on sat and bought it wasn’t till we went to un wrap it from delivery that there was a dent . So all they will do is give us in store credit , we ask if they could just refund us the money they was giving us to spend in the store . They said they will see if they can come up with something but couldn’t . We asked if they could put it on the money we owe and that’s a no sense it’s financed. Normally that would work to have in store credit but we don’t need anything else from the store and hope we don’t have to buy anything anytime soon since now all of our stuff is new now . I had never heard of Nino’s Trading Co. until I mentioned to a friend I wanted to get my husband, a new TV for Christmas. I reached out to Ninos’s via text message and was connected to Emma, who wS very knowledgeable & answered all my questions before ever stepping foot in the store. When I arrived at the store Emma was very cheerful & had a great personality. She was such a pleasure to work with! She showed me a couple different TV’s that we had discussed & the entire process maybe took 15 minutes! I wasn't able to take my purchase home that day & Nino’s was more then happy to hold it for me. I had asked my son to pick it up for me & unfortunately it was raining here in NWA. My son wanted to see if it would fit into his van so it wouldn’t get wet so I texted Emma for the box dimensions. We heard about Nino’s from one of my husband’s co-workers. Our refrigerator was going out and my husband was lamenting the unexpected cost as I was texting him prices and the information from the local big box stores. After hearing Nino’s was a great place to look for scratch & dent deals if we didn’t mind a few scuffs we made the trip to Tontitown. We were not at all disappointed. Not only did they have a vast selection to choose from, but they were knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had. We came home with a nice refrigerator and paid nearly half what it would have cost on sale at the big box stores. We even purchased extended warranty and still came in under our budget. They loaded it in our truck with care not to cause damage to the fridge or the truck. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. We are going to be building a new house soon and will definitely be shopping at Nino’s again for the rest of our new appliances!
