The soft serve menu was a little confusing with all the flavors, but the employee told me they can mix any two flavors into a swirl. That made it even better. Ice cream sizes were rather generous. We’ve come a handful of times now and my kiddos LOVE it! They’re always so friendly and let them mix and match flavors to their hearts content. Clean and delicious. We’ve had churros, ice cream, and Italian ices and it’s all good!!

Ordered vanilla with oreo and chocolate with oreo and the vanilla had minimal oreo mixed in and the chocolate came with good amount of oreo topping on top. There are basic options, basic cones, basic machines, nothing really exciting or enticing like suggested combo mixtures, etc. . The guy working the cash register was awesome and what seem to be the owner as well. They should put their flavors in alphabetical order as well as the add ins screen. Would be much easier to look....

Visited NYC for the first time today! I didn’t catch her name but the woman working the counter was so friendly! Absolutely top notch customer service! I got a orange dole whip which was delicious and my daughter had the Saturday special, I don’t remember what it was called but it had chocolate cream and Reese’s peanut butter cups I believe, she loved it. Price was very fair and the aesthetic inside...

So happy to have discovered this place through my daughter. I’m a big fan of soft serve ice cream, but I lived in New York and I’m also a fan of Italian-ices. Here I have the best of both worlds…so delicious.

The staff is amazingly friendly. My compliments to the girl whose name I can recall, but she’s from the islands. She was so kind and friendly. This has become my favorite spot...
