Today Iād went to Discovery Furniture to look for a specific piece of furniture. The reason Iāve given at least 2 stars is because the employee at front door at least spoke to me. After telling employee what I was looking for they had me start looking for the piece and a salesperson would meet up with me. I walked the entire perimeter of ground floor passing dozen employees sitting on chairs focused on cell phones not assisting anyone and never offered to assist me or even stand up. I spoke to original employee at front entrance after completing the perimeter and told them my discouragement and they said ādo you want a cookieā. Took it as sarcasm! There's now a Mall in Topeka, Olathe, and Austin, and they are a major player. I found the staff helpful and comparitively low pressure. The selection is quite extensive, and you mostly likely need a sales person as a guide.
