THIS IS THE FIRST REVIEW I HAVE EVER MADE IN MY LIFE...I WORK AS A SERVER AND IT TAKES A LOT FOR ME TO GET THIS UPSET*I came into this store with name brand clothing barely worn and some clothing still with tags. The staff only chose about 5 items and gave me 14$. This has happened to me twice. There machines were down and i can back about two hours later and an employee said 10 more minutes. I go to orange leaf to wait. I go back and they say the machines went down again and i would have to get my money later(2 pm) . I get to my house and they call me telling me i had to be back by 9. I had work and explained that i could not pick them up that night and an employee said i could get the money in the morning NOT FOR STORE CREDIT. At 7:30 pm Another employee called saying if i do not pick it up tonight but will be store credit. I called and explained the situation and she said that doesn’t match our policy and there was miscommunication. I asked to speak to a manager and apparently i wa speaking to the manager who was very RUDE and has no idea how to deal with people. She also tried to make jabs saying the clothes can be donated. This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. This place is absolutely terrible and i have no clue how it is still in business. They need to hire a couple adults and not just 16-18 year olds who treat nobody...

I brought two big bags of clothes. All in which we’re Nike, Express, Pacsun, Forever 21, Aereopostale. I honestly went in with an open mind thinking I was not going to sell any of the items had been sitting in my closet for over two years..some even had tags on them. The items were in awesome shape and looked like new. They only bought a few items and offered $38. I know they say the items they purchase are only for style that is a couple of years old...some of the dresses they purchased were about six years. I watched the girl go through my basket and I felt she hand picked items that she only liked. (Even though was she was wearing wasn’t even in style). The staff could be better trained and need to work on their customer service skills and how to speak with people. While waiting, I browsed around..noticing that some items didn’t look like they were in decent shape and something that should have been just tossed in a trash. I was not impressed and in the future will be donating my clothes. Those in need I’m sure will...

Listen I’ve been there and don’t get me wrong I love the clothes and the pricing however it’s the environment. It’s like I’m in high school again because a lot of the women who work there act like they should not be working in customer service. Now however I will say there’s only two people I know who are nice but when I ask where something is I always receive a rude remark or if I say thank I never receive a you’re welcome. this is coming from someone who is around most of these women’s age and honestly I’m disappointed. I am nothing but respectful to these women and I’m the one given attitude. Like I said there was this lady who did say that she liked my outfit so I appreciated that Lady and I’m glad she can make the store better environment but most of those ladies aren’t nice that I’ve met at least...
