I’m so grateful and happy that I chose Every Body’s Pilates when I started doing Pilates reformer classes in April 2023. I love that it is a small boutique business. You’re immediately put at ease starting with your first class. A wonderful experience for a woman in her late 50’s and a bit apprehensive about joining a group class. In January 2024 I was diagnosed with degenerative Spondylolisthesis. I had severe pain in my lower back and had to stop taking classes. Thus began an eight month journey of physical therapy and pain management hoping to get back to classes. During this time I remained in contact with Jill (the owner) giving updates on my progress. She was always supportive and understanding of why I had to take a hiatus. I had three class credits I was unable to use and that were set to expire in April 2024. Jill was kind enough to allow those credits to be added onto a future class package purchase. In August 2024 I began taking private classes with Marlene. She has been instrumental in not only building back my strength and flexibility, but building back my confidence. She is an exceptional instructor and an amazing person. Her attention to details and correct form is very helpful. Her style of teaching is uplifting and encouraging. She makes Pilates fun. I absolutely love Every Body’s Pilates and I’m so...
Read moreMy physical therapist suggested Pilates, and I am very fortunate to have found this studio that is so close to my home. Brenda is my private Pilates trainer, She is absolutely amazing. She motivates me to do better each time. She is focused, highly competent, patient, has a great sense of humor, and makes Pilates a fun workout. After each session, I would feel really toned and accomplished. Pilates at this studio has changed my life. I am stronger, happier, and more productive at work. I have received lots of compliments from my colleagues, family and friends about the transformed, positive me. I can't imagine my life without Pilates and my Pilates life without Brenda. I have also worked with Julie who is another great instructor. She has always delivered for me. I would go to her class feeling really exhausted from work but would come out of it feeling brand new. Julie is well loved by her students --to me that is a great accomplishment. I also love the owner, Jill, who truly cares about her clients. She is wonderful to work with. This studio has the potential of changing lives...
Read moreFirst off, can we just talk about how awesome that name is?! 😆 I’ve been practicing pilates for a few years and have been to many studios in the area, and this is one of my favorites. I love the vibe, and Jill the owner is a real sweetheart! Classes are well-balanced with strengthening for muscle tone and stretching for mobility. You will leave the studio after a class feeling like you can take on the day—not too worn out—so you can go back for more the next day, hehe! This studio is also very beginner-friendly, as they offer “pilates for newbies” a few times per week. They are also very accommodating for people with injuries or limitations. For my lower back issue, I am encouraged to listen to my body, avoid certain exercises, and modify as needed. My favorite teachers are Jill, Becca, Julie, and Marlene. Side note for experienced pilates reformer practitioners: classes here are taught with different gearbar/stopper/spring settings than Stott standard, but you get...
