Chico's — Local services in Town of Amherst

I've been a Chico's shopper for years and only wear Chico's, Soma & WHBM clothing, all sister companies. I stopped shopping anywhere else a few years ago. Chico's offers clothes and accessories that I can't wait to wear! The quality is top notch, the styles are unique and the accessories are especially gorgeous and give off a high end vibe. I live a pretty laid back lifestyle and look for Boho styled items and lots of denim. Chico's caters to every style, from dressy, office wear, casual & athleisure. New styles are offered every month so there's always something fresh to "find". I have 4+ closets of my great "finds"!! The Williamsville location is great because it's well stocked, the clothing is displayed beautifully and the sales people are knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. My only wish would be that they stocked more of the smaller sizes. My teenage daughter loves to shop my closet regularly and always laughs when I go to Chico's because she says that's where Mom finds her Zen.....which is completely true!!!! I became a “Chico fan” in 2022 when I visited your store for the very first time. It’s so refreshing to have qualified staff knowledgeable about the clothing and accessories that Chico’s sells. In October 2023 I surprised my Sister for her birthday by bringing her to the store for the “Chico Experience “. At first she was somewhat unsure about all the attention; her name on the dressing room door, fashion experts bringing her clothing in styles that were not the usual we all choose. She was so pleased! I bought her several pieces and she brought even more. Her wardrobe has now expanded . Special special thanks to Diane and Tina! These wonderful associates took special care of my sister making her feel like Chicos was there just for her. They created a bond with us that is a critical part of sales and service. This has happened numerous times (cancelation of my order after receiving a confirmation) that says the item is not available that says it is not available I looked at the site and the item is there for full price what they did is canceled my order because I bought it on sale and then changed it to full price I think that is so wrong Very bad business sense. I have shopped there for 20 years and it has been going down and I'm really sad about it because I love the store and that's where I buy most of my clothes but after this I am so frustrated that I am not going to return there.
