Man oh man. It's awesome. I have GI issues so have to eat more vegetables and protein to keep it in check. So started eating Chinese more often like 5 days a week. I was dissapointed with other Chinese restaurants when I moved here. I thought maybe locals like the food the way it is. However thought of changing my regular place and man did I do it right. The flavour of hunan chicken awesome. The ratio of vegetables awesome. Beyond all, their packaging goes way beyond anyone else's. They take extra time to wrap with Saran wrap for my chicken not to spill. Also the aluminum trays as opposed to plastic ones. All in all it will be my new regular spot from now on. Only downside is they close early and the sauce was having more sodium so will be asking them to make it lighter next time. All in all no complaints and I would rate this higher than any other Chinese restaurants...
Read moreI was on way to USPS on Cayug bc it's open until 7pm. I wanted chinese food on way. Bamboo China came up. I'm hesitant at eating places I don't know but this place had the best General Tsoa chicken. The chicken was crispy on the outside and soft inside. It was covered in just enough sauce. Some places I've had and it was too much jelly. The broccoli was crispy and fresh. The fried rice was cooked to perfection and was filled with egg, pea, carrots, and onion.
I definitely recommend this place. And will be coming back. Also the kitchen is wide open which needs to be the standard for some kitchens. Something about watching your food cooked makes it extra good knowing where it was. I'd take picture but I already ate it all 😆 it was super fast. I called and was there within 5 min. I paid and waited a minute and...

The atmosphere of the shop is different, but there was a restaurant of the same name "Bamboo China". At that time, there was no one to fit the Japanese mouth completely in Buffalo. There was nothing except "Bamboo China". I was brought by a representative, so I don't know the location. I found same name shop by chance and I ate a Shrimp Lomen. Recently, Japan has a lot of salty seasoning, but this is not salty and it was delicious...
