My review of Napoli’s is long, but worth the read if you want an honest opinion. If you don’t want to read it all I will sum it up here at the top, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I am not a suit guy at all. I work in construction wearing jeans and work books sweating all day long. A suit is the last thing on my mind. But I am getting married so I needed to start think about a suit. I was considering going to a Joseph a bank or men’s warehouse for my wedding suit, but had bad experiences in the past along with poor reviews as of recent. I heard from a friend to check out Napoli’s. That was some of the best advice I have ever received. Absolute best experience hands down. I was greeted by Carmelo who is the most down to earth and easy going guy there is. I received recommendations and measurements from Tom who noticed details about my fitting I would have never noticed, but with his experience was able to spot them to ensure the most perfect fit. The process was extremely easy. These guys know their suits and make It easy for a guy like me to get a perfect suit for my wedding. If you are thinking about a nice suit for yourself, stop looking around. You found the place. Napoli’s is the best place in town. You will not find another suit shop like this. They have the personality and the skill to accomplish your look. I’m getting a custom American flag liner inside my jacket which has been a dream of mine. Tom suggested stitching my initials into the inside of the jacket, and my wedding date inside the collar. Things I never knew would be an option!...

I have had nothing but the best experience in clothes shopping in many years in Buffalo, New York and surrounding suburbs other than what I’ve experienced at Napoli’s. I went there for the first time with the intention of buying some clothes out for a special occasion. I met Pascal who is an associate at Napoli‘s. We struck up a conversation and I explained the importance of this meeting that I was to attend, and he knew immediately what to do for me and with me. The clothes that we chose redefined my wardrobe. I absolutely love the material, the choice of style and all of the support that I received from Pascal. I went again this spring and continued redefining my wardrobe with the help of Pascal. He is insightful and very professional. I would say that the entire staff of associates could not be more pleasant and singularly focused on making their customers happy. I believe that I could actually just go into that store and sit at the in-store bar and just talk to the folks there without any pressure, that is how comfortable Napoli’s is. As a result of my experiences there, I will not shop at any other place for my clothes other than at Napoli’s....

I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had in a men's clothing store and I have lived and shopped in New York, LA and Miami. From the moment I walked in I was promptly welcomed by Pascal who was friendly and polite. He asked me what I was looking for and carefully selected some very appropriate choices for me to consider. He listened and responded to what I liked and tailored his selections to find me the perfect suit. Pascal really took customer service to a new level. He even offered me a beverage which I politely declined. The store is beautiful, new and clean. The fashions are up to date and give you a wide variety of modern tailored choices. These are not cheap suits and the old saying "you get what you pay for" stands true here. The clothing quality is high and yet they still have a variety of price ranges. Napoli's is really a breath of fresh air for this area. You can skip the over priced shopping trips to Toronto and Manhattan, Napoli's has you covered and you can SHOP LOCAL. I value customer service and Pascal and his team does a great job. I will not go anywhere else now for my suits and men's wear. Napoli's earns their 5...
