Very disappointed. I reached out to this shop to inquire about their services and whether or not they do parties. They explained that they were having a grand reopening the day of my daughter’s birthday. So I asked if I could bring a few girls to make bracelets. They said yes but it would have to be the next morning. Which was fine for us because my daughter was having a few friends sleepover. A few days before the party, they messaged me and said they had to postpone their grand reopening and could not do the party. I didn’t see the message on Instagram until a couple days later which was the day before my daughter’s birthday. I responded to their message and they offered to have a pop up at my house instead.
