Williamsville Village Court — Local services in Town of Amherst

WOW!!! I just arrived. to ask a simple question. Where do you file an harrassment case? The first person was so so confused and directed me to the town attorneys who were upstairs after waiting time talking to him for 10 to15 minutes. There is a phone outside of the attorney office but no one answered. When I rang the bell someone answered. I then heard someone say is anybody here? I was like what??? Then, the chubby attorney that answered the door said he couldnt inform me where to file an harrassment case because he cant give me advice. WHAT??? How did you become an attorney, are you a real attorney, and did you pass the bar?? That doesnt make any sense. I just want to know where I can file an harrassment case not what should I do. I think if I asked what should I do in my case, then that would be asking for advice. This one attorney was worse than the man who directed me to the attorney office. ...
