I dropped off a set of bow cushions to be redone, They made me a new set of cushions which came out awesome. I took them back to the boat and one of the snaps didnt line up correctly. I called and they said drop them back off and we will check them. The owners looked and said they would like to go to the boat and make a template (they went off my old cushions which were pretty beet up) Chris also noticed that the headrests on the old cushions were on back wards from the originals so he switched them on my new ones. This company stood behind their product, didnt charge me additional when they had to redo the cushion when the mistake was on the originals.
