Very upset with my experience and the customer service I received here. Purchased TWO Gucci Apple Watch bands and a pair of Chanel earrings each not being cheap at all.

Shortly after my Apple Watch band broke, my moms broke. (She never even wore it once) Was very upset because I paid a lot of money for them, the only reason I’m leaving 2 stars is because they repaired the both of them for us.

Only a matter of time until my chanel earrings broke too! I brought up this issue to the store and they told me it was probably from wear and tare usage!?!? I literally wore those earrings out one time before the back piece snapped off (looked like it had been hot glued on). I brought up this issue and was told that they were nice enough to fix our bands and was given major attitude after spending a lot of money. My mom even tried reaching out about this issue (texted them) and was ignored and received NO response.

I never like writing negative reviews or knocking a business but I am genuinely upset because my mom and I have been customers for a long time and genuinely loved this place and the atmosphere. I would always love my birthday and Christmas gifts my mom would always say it was from hitch and we would get so excited to shop there together. Not anymore. Very disappointed with...

Cutest little shop I have ever seen. This is my second year going back for a permanent bracelet. The forever fused experience is so original and the customer service is outstanding! I had a Custom Engraved Bar ordered for my permanent bracelet. It look a little longer than expected for the shop to receive it. However, the owner went above and beyond with contacting the jeweler AND making sure I was satisfied with my experience. The owner Joe and his staff are the nicest, friendliest, most accommodating group of people that I have ever met. It is always such a pleasure to shop there.
