I had ordered a special limited release item on lecreuset.com and found out a few days later that my order was cancelled. I called the Deer Park outlet and spoke to Devhan, asking if she had the item in stock, after sharing that my order was cancelled. She said they didn’t and I thought that was that. Well, to my surprise, I received a call from Devhan the next day, saying that someone had returned the exact item to the store and she offered to send me photos to see if I would like to purchase it. I agreed and she shipped it out right away. I was so impressed with her friendliness and the fact that she went out of her way to help. I will continue to shop at this location for its amazing...
