One of the best wedding vendors we worked with was Chef Mike at Pure Sugar Inc. From start to finish, he was an absolute pleasure to work with and made all of our wedding cake dreams come true!!! Starting with our cake tasting at Pure Sugar, Chef Mike set up such a wonderful experience for us and each flavor we tried was better than the next! It was nearly impossible to decide. He allowed us to include multiple flavors in our cake which I was thrilled about. When it came time for our wedding, he completely outdid himself. When we asked for a certain ruffle technique to be used on our cake, he went out of his way to practice and make sure that it was exactly what we wanted, and it was!! We got SO many compliments on how stunning the cake was and then on how delicious it was. We have been to so many weddings where the cake is just blah, or no one eats it, etc. People went out of their way to eat this cake because of what a show stopper it was and because of everyone talking about it! I ordered an Elmo cake for my son’s 2nd birthday and it was amazing! The cake design was executed perfectly and it was the most delicious cake I’ve ever had! Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the cake. Chef Mike responded almost immediately to my initial outreach and set up a time for us to discuss the details to ensure the cake would be everything I wanted while also within my budget. He then took the time to contact me again, closer to the party date, to review all details in case I wanted to make any last minute changes. Chef Mike is incredibly talented and it’s obvious that he truly cares about his customers! I will absolutely be ordering again...

Mike Guasta is not only an unbelievably incredible cake artist but also a phenomenal baker. Mike made the most beautiful two tired cake for my daughter’s college graduation party. It was by far the most delicious cake I have ever eaten. The decorations were spot on, even more than I could have ever imagined. He went over and above on everything that we asked for. He also made the most delicious and amazing sugar cookies that we gave out as favors. All of my guests loved everything. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for an exceptional special...
