We held a small party to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary at The Cook’s Studio in Hicksville and everyone had a GREAT Time. We prepare a Thai Fried Rice with shrimp, Coconut Lemongrass Soup & Papaya Peanut Salad. The owner Victor, worked with us 100%. We needed to ensure that the list of foods were okay for all of our guests as far as allergies and dietary issues (Kosher chicken). Our chef, Mick, made sure that our guests felt comfortable in watching his demonstration and then preparation of their meals, giving suggestions along the way. We were only able to invite 26 people, but that made the party more intimate. This was our 2nd time there, as we had taken a dumplings class a few months prior. I first discovered this place for a solo sushi making class in July of 2020 and had such a wonderful experience that I could not wait to return with my sister. The chef/owner was fun, informative and friendly. I felt very included even though I was just a single. In Dec. 2021 my sister and I took the pasta class and when we arrived Diane, the front-of-house hostess, greeted me like family. I felt special and my sister was impressed. The chef and sous chef for this class were professional, fun and helpful. We were amazed with the restaurant-quality meal we prepared ourselves! Amazing experience!

I have taken a few classes at The Cook's Studio. It is such an awesome experience to watch a professional chef, learn some tricks of the trade and then actually cook your meal!

I am not a good cook at all, but that didn't matter! I have learned how to make fresh mozzarella and pizza, which was so much fun. I also took a Pad Thai class. The chef was such a great teacher that it almost seemed easy to make all of this delicious food. During each class, we had a wine tasting as well.

I highly recommend taking a class at The Cook's Studio. You can take a class by yourself to meet new people or go with your husband/wife/friends and I promise you will have such a great time. So many laughs and an...
