Food was good. Service sucked. It was concerning seeing a guy blow his nose, grab food put of the sub making buckets, then proceeded to making food....without gloves or washing his hands. Noone was wearing gloves even the sub makers. Noone was wearing hair nets and they all had long hair. If the food was great, I would give one star. Theres just something uneasy about unsanitary conditions. UPDATE: the nose blower did not stick around long. The food is one of our families favorite pizza places. The service has improved. It still gives me vibes that maybe people are not happy working here, but I guess that is what cooking pizzas in a 100 degree kitchen does. AND, they have craft beers on draft that you pour yourself. Pretty cool! Tuesdays trivia night is interesting. UPDATE A YEAR LATER! Gave us the wrong pizza, we didn't check it just left after pickup as most folks do. They called us 15 minutes later to return because they gave us the wrong pizza. After a half hour of driving around with the pizza, they actually wanted it back to sell. Came out to the car to get it. Didn't apologize for our time and gas and basically delivering their pizza back to them. And our pizza was cold as hell. An entire tray pizza. Spent $100 dollars here and that's what they do?! That's infuriating and severely unsanitary. This may be the last chance they had. That's pretty gross and disrespectful. Read moreOk, since I last review I decide to give them a second chance which was two weeks ago and it was excellent, AND we decided to go back again last week..... Horrible horrible period!!! Besides the fact I ordered the pizza at five went in at 5:25 which is when they told me to come in they didn't even put it in the oven yet their excuse was they didn't want to burn it. but today the worse ever!!!!!!!!! Maybe if it goes under NEW management I'll TRY it otherwise no more �. PS... we had 1 slice each and threw the rest away except for two slices which I told them I would put it in the oven try to fix it but he couldn't even eat one slice he said it was still horrible ...RAW RAW!! And I was told that if I want it lightly baked I have to specify that on the phone which I did, and like I said when I got there half hour after ordering it was still sitting there ready to go in the oven so I had to wait another 20 minutes but surprisingly he gave it to me not even 10 minutes later.

Read moreWe went here on a Friday night with some friends to have supper, and to try out their Tap Room! We weren't disappointed. The staff was friendly, the food came out quickly, and was served hot and fresh! The pizza was delicious, and the appetizers were very satisfying! The tap wall was very unique. You're given an electronic wristband that you scan at whichever craft beer you want to try. The tap shows how many ounces you poured, and the cost per ounce. (If you have a problem keeping track, you can go up front and they'll tell you what your tab is up to.) My 2 favorites were the, "Tropical Pineapple Kolsch," by the Genesee Brewing Company, and the, "Base Camp Cider Donut," by the Hudson North Cider Company. Be aware, they do hold your driver's license while you're enjoying the Tap Room. (Very understandable!) Did I mention that it was also trivia night? Although we didn't play, a lot of the patrons did.
