Changing my rating from a 1 to a 3 after receiving my items. I've been super disappointed by Radio Daze customer service. Tried to reach out because there was a problem with my delivery. Sent emails, filled a form and called 3 times and not a single answer. not one acknowledgement of any of those communications.
The bright side is the quality of the item, when the delivery eventually came in. Great quality and awesome looking products.
Recommendation to the owners: Try being more considerate with your customers, just make the time 1-2 hours everyday to go through the customer complaints and requests, and at least show you exist and will address their concern at some point. No answer is bad, and a bad reputation is building up on all radio enthusiasts...

I am sure by this time you realized that RadioDaze is the only company out there who makes these vintage unit replacement parts. Radiodaze is well aware of it and they know it, hence they dont care about your order or customer support (it simply is not existent). Your order will be delayed for n amount of time (3 month is at minimum). If you confront them with the delay complaint, they will simply cancel your order!!!!! AVOID...
