Walking down the aisle in the frozen section, and almost did a double take. Panang pot pie?? Panang is my favorite curry so I absolutely had to grab one & give it a try. We changed our dinner plans for the evening & made the pie instead. And it was fantastic!!

Seriously, even with the first bite I knew we were in trouble. The pie crust is so flaky, buttery, and delicious. And the panang sauce pairs incredibly well with the crust. The pie was full to the brim with wonderful, well spiced curry & vegetables. Not a single thing to complain about - except maybe that we only bought the small one 😅

Highly recommend giving some of these pies a try if you see them. I think they're going to make a fairly regular appearance...

I have been ordering and buying in person the best savory pot pies I’ve ever had!! My favorite pot pie is this chicken and biscuit! The chicken is beyond tender, and there is so much of it! The veggies are bright and fresh. The pie shell itself, hand made, is so flaky every time. I first discovered this special bakery several years ago at the Brighton Market on Sundays, but I have ordered online several times to pick up at bakery direct. It was great during COVID to have these comfort foods. They have sweets as well! Good work deserves good words!...
