Youkoso Sushi — Restaurant in Town of Henrietta

I have been a loyal patron of Youkoso Sushi for quite some time now, and I have lost count of the number of times I have visited this wonderful restaurant. The quality of the food and the level of service are truly unmatched, and I can confidently say that this is my go-to place for sushi and Shumai.

My sister shares my love for this restaurant and visits at least once or twice a month. We constantly brag about it to each other and everyone we know. The owners are lovely people, and their passion for great food and customer satisfaction shines through in everything they do.

The sushi and salmon here are simply the best around town. I have tried many other sushi restaurants, but nothing compares to the fresh, flavorful, and expertly crafted dishes that are served here. Whether you are a sushi connoisseur or just looking for a great meal, Youkoso Sushi is the place to be.

When we walked thru the door, we were greeted with the warmest welcome. Immediately we liked it here. (Since the pandemic, I feel like service has become miserable... what a breath of fresh air to experience genuine hospitality again!)

The food was fresh tasting and delicious. The "awesome" roll is awesome. Get it! And as I said, the genuine hospitality was a welcome change.

(Our sushi chef said he was working on a "fantastic" roll, but he needed to be sure it was fantastic before he added it to the menu... I'd like to pose a request - Vegans can always find a cucumber roll and a sweet potato roll, but no one ever makes a really exciting veggie specialty roll for us. Doesn't look like much from the outside but clean and tidy inside. The food was beautifully prepared and high quality. I loved the touch of having flowers (orchids?) as decoration on the plates. I got sashimi and you can really tell the freshness and quality of fish. The sashimi pieces were generous. The chef noticed that I didn't eat all of the squid and told us next time to tell him I don't like it (just a personal preference) and he would swap for a different item ie octopus, smoked salmon. I thought this was very kind and accommodating. Two of the four in our group are Asian and were very happy with the food. The sushi rolls were also excellent. 90% of the time we go out to eat we get Japanese food and this is now my #1 restaurant. Looking forward to...
