I have purchased multiple items over more than ten years from Ted's. They always have a great selection, both new and used, fantastic prices, great service. I recently found this electric rising table/desk. It is better than using a the rising keyboard/monitor stand that is sitting on top of this table (as an example) because the entire table surface goes up and down - so low a child could comfortably use it while sitting, but also rise so high, my husband of 6' 3" can easily stand to work at the computer. It moves into position FAST and it is extremely stable. Computer and monitor cords don't get in the way (like with the keyboard stand) and the table surface is smooth, not rough so when you write on it the ink on the paper looks "scratchy." Proceed at your own risk. Purchased almost $8K of furniture from them in advance of an office being renovated 4 years ago. They sold all but one cabinet of my furniture to other people, LIED, and said (I have a recording) "Good luck getting anything now, it's been so long" when I tried to get delivery of purchased items or my money back - so BOLDLY stating they're keeping my money without providing any purchased goods. Took them to court (who, unsurprisingly, ruled in my favor), but actually tried to again lie and say they "charged to hold" furniture to reduce their liability.
